Chicago Underwater Hockey

UWH is unique because it is a fast, three-dimensional game with players moving forward/back, left/right, and up/down while requiring immense teamwork. 

Each player is at the bottom for around 10 seconds making quick decisions before surfacing for quick breaths. It is a lot more fun than swimming laps, and is as elegant as synchronized swimming. Best of all, it’s a great way to improve your fitness.

All practices are open to beginners of all shapes, sizes, and ages! We will provide you gear, teach you how to play, and introduce you to the game. Please also review the rest of this website prior to attending the first practice.
